Long term rentals

  • Prices range from $60.00 to $80.00 per week
  • Rental period is 3 months or more
  • A one off early termination fee of $150.00 will apply if the rental is terminated prior to the minimum 3 month period
  • 1 weeks notice must be given at the end of the rental period
  • Payment must be by automatic payment
  • No GST is payable on rentals over 3 months
 

The bond

  • A refundable bond of $150.00 and 1 weeks rent is payable in advance on all caravan rentals

The bond will be refunded no later than 7 days after the caravan is returned provided:

  • The caravan is undamaged except for normal wear and tear
  • The chattels as listed are returned and in good condition
  • The caravan is clean and tidy
  • There is no unpaid rent

If the caravan is damaged and the repair costs exceed the $150.00 bond then the hirer is liable for damages
